What the work is like
Our clients are small and mid-sized businesses — manufacturers, medical and dental practices, professional firms, local government. The job is keeping their technology running and their data safe: help desk and remote support, on-site visits around the Michiana area, network and Microsoft 365 projects, backup and security work. Responsiveness is what we're known for, so the people who do well here like solving problems quickly and explaining them in plain English.

How hiring works
When a role is open we post it here. We review every résumé we receive, talk by phone with the people who look like a fit, then meet in person at our Plymouth office. We try to give everyone a clear answer, one way or the other, within a couple of weeks.
